Information about refunds and returns

Our policy allows for a 30 day return period. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you an offer
no refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are not possible for other types of goods. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept returns of intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift card
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
For returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds will be given (if applicable):
* Book with clear signs of wear
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened.
* Any items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know the item has been received. We will also communicate with you
the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original card or payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or pending refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required when registering a refund.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for clearance items.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a corresponding voucher
Return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to the address
If you deliver the gift in person, we will refund the person who gave the gift and they will be notified of your return.
Shipment
The shipping costs for returning the item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
Return shipping is not included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time required for delivery of your replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, you should use a trackable shipping service or insure the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
